I am currently a junior  at MIT, majoring in Computer Engineering. I have always enjoyed the thrill of finding unique and creative ways to solve problems, which is what originally drew me to mathematics. Computer Engineering felt like the natural next step, as it allows me to translate that problem-solving intuition into building real systems that function in the world.

I have studied at Random Math since 5th grade, where I developed a strong foundation in competitive mathematics and analytical thinking. In addition to being a student, I taught AMC 8 and AMC 10 classes, helping younger students build confidence and problem-solving skills. My competitive math experience includes qualifying for the USAJMO, qualifying for the AIME five times, qualifying for Math Prize for Girls four times, and placing 10th in Princeton University’s Algebra round.

The skills I developed through competitive math, including breaking problems into smaller components, reasoning carefully, and iterating toward practical solutions, continue to shape how I approach engineering challenges and real-world applications.
