Preparation Behind the Results
Going into EMCC, our coaches expected a few strong performances - but not a field this densely populated with awards. Looking more closely at what drove these outcomes, preparation played a defining role.
Among the 16 award-winning students, there were 82 combined weeks of Summer Camp participation at Random Math. Over the summer, students and coaches consistently put in 8-10 hours of focused work on camp days, building problem-solving stamina, strategic thinking, and teamwork. That sustained effort carried through to competition day.
